This supposed to be a music site, but apparently it has devolved into a private little club to make a few local jerks feel important. You want to know why the musician traffic on here is so low? Look at your brother's site and try to find the link to here. I made this board as a place for Bob to have forums for his site. Bob (no offense, Bob. I understand why) didn't promote it, so where are the musicians?

Well Dino, it didn't seem to me the comments were directed at the writer, but intended to berate an entire music genre. If I misunderstood that, I guess I should apologize. So, I apologize.
But I suggest you reread the comments from outside your role, and imagine how others might interpret them. They really come across badly. Again, I apologize, but I was a little pissed off by some of the comments. I've reread them myself and realize now that YOU were making fun of the author and not the genre, unlike some others who probably still think the Grand Ole Oprey and HeeHaw are what country music is all about. To them I would say "take your head out of your butt, and listen to some of the new country music. It ain't your gramma's country music anymore." Stay cool Dino, and enjoy Colorado. |
